Who is this virtual workshop designed for?
Established business owners, partners and senior leaders who influence business performance and have the authority to implement what they learn. The audience is primarily based in British Columbia.
What is the format?
A live, interactive 90-minute virtual workshop on Zoom. You will work through your own business in real time with the Business Performance Team. It is not a replay or a one-way broadcast.
How does registration work?
It takes about a minute. Enter your contact details to reserve your seat for the December 1 workshop. Right after, you will see a few questions about what matters most in your business so our Business Performance Team can shape the session around it. Your registration is saved either way; sharing your priorities helps make the 90 minutes more useful.
Will you ask me questions to help shape the session?
Yes. Right after you register, we will ask what is taking most of your attention, what would make the workshop worthwhile, what you would like to improve over the next 90 days, and what you think is getting in the way. Your answers help our Business Performance Team choose the topics, examples and practical strategies for the live discussion. Your seat is reserved the moment you register, even if you move on before answering, and if you have already shared your priorities there is no need to repeat them.
What will I actually leave with?
Your business score out of 60, the area most worth improving first, and a practical first move you can begin right away.
What do I need to bring?
Find a quiet place, a computer with an internet connection, and a pen and paper for notes. Having a few of your basic business numbers handy helps. Camera participation is optional; you can keep it off if you prefer.
How do I join the workshop?
After you register, we will email your Zoom joining details before the event. Watch your inbox for the confirmation and reminders.
Will there be a replay?
No. Six Steps sessions are live only. This is an interactive working session, not a recorded webinar.
Is there a cost?
The workshop is complimentary. Advance registration is required.
What if I want help afterward?
Business performance coaching support is available through Avid’s business performance coaching team afterward, with no obligation to take it. Any follow-up preserves who invited you and is never required to attend this event.
