Strategic Business Planning
A business plan that gets you funded, focused and moving.
For a start-up, a loan, an investor, a new location, a partner, or simply to stop guessing. Built with a Business Performance Coach in professional planning software, with five-year financial projections a lender can read and a 90-day action plan you can start on Monday.
Who this is for
Which plan do you need?
Strategic business planning is a different job from preparing a business for sale. This page is for owners who are building something: a new business, a funded expansion, or the next stage of one that is already running. Thinking of selling or exiting instead? That is Business Valuation & Exit.
Starting a business
You have the idea. Now the plan.
You have the skills, the idea and maybe the first customers. The plan turns that into a business a lender, a landlord and your own family can take seriously: the market, the model, the numbers and the first year of moves.
Raising capital to grow
Give the bank what it will ask for
A bank, BDC, an investor or a partner all want the same things: realistic projections, the assumptions behind them, and proof that you know how the business makes money. We build the plan around the questions they will ask.
Already running, deciding what is next
Decide with evidence, not instinct
Hiring, buying equipment, opening a second location or buying another business. The plan puts the decision on paper with numbers attached, so you choose with evidence instead of a feeling.
Packages
Three ways to build the plan, plus two for when you already have one
Every package uses the same professional planning software, the same industry research and the same standard. What changes is how much of a Business Performance Coach you get beside you while you build it.
PlanBuilder
Build it yourself, with a final review
You build the plan in the planning software with guided workflows and your IBISWorld industry report. A Business Performance Coach then does a 60-minute final review within 90 days and helps correct anything that falls short before you use it. Target: a finished plan in 30 days.
PlanNavigator
Build it with a Business Performance Coach
Four 60-minute working sessions within 90 days, once or twice a week as you agree. Includes six months of revisions if a lender asks for changes, an editable pitch deck when you want one, and 50% off a business valuation within 60 days of finishing your plan.
PlanStrategist
The most complete planning engagement
Eight 60-minute working sessions within six months, for a more complex plan, a larger raise, a multi-location strategy or an acquisition. Includes everything in PlanNavigator, with the time to pressure-test every assumption.
Business Plan Review
Already have a plan?
A Business Performance Coach reviews it against what lenders and investors look for and tells you plainly what to fix. Ask about credit toward a full package if you upgrade.
Four-Session Power Block
Four sessions on whatever the plan needs
Four 60-minute sessions within 90 days, aimed at one thing: your pricing, your projections, your pitch, or the decision itself.

How it works
From first conversation to a finished plan
1
Talk about your plan
A short conversation about what the plan is for, who will read it, when you need it and which package fits. No pressure, no pitch.
2
Kickoff within five business days
A 30-minute kickoff once you are on board: software access, your document checklist, how the industry research works, and your first assignment. It does not use up one of your sessions.
3
Build it, with help beside you
You do the thinking; your Business Performance Coach pressure-tests the assumptions, the projections and the story. Most owners finish within 30 days.
4
Finish it and use it
A final review, your PDF, your 12-month roadmap and first 90-day plan. On PlanNavigator and PlanStrategist, six months of lender revisions if the bank comes back with questions.
