Brandon knows what it means to build a business and be responsible for the people who make it run. He started his first business, a nutrition retail store, at 19, built it from scratch and sold it profitably within two years. He went on to operate multiple businesses and lead large teams, bringing an owner’s perspective to the everyday decisions that shape growth.
Over 17 years across business ownership, hospitality management, hotel operations, sales development and leadership, Brandon has led teams of up to 80 employees and 8 managers. His experience includes managing major operating budgets, increasing sales by 75% through rebranding and operational improvements, improving profitability, developing leaders, and building repeatable events, SOPs and systems that support a consistent customer experience.
