The Masterclass runs on a 13-week cycle: one week to onboard and plan, then twelve weekly sessions. That is why ActionCOACH calls it a 12-week Masterclass. Everything is online, so you can join from anywhere.

What tools do I need?
Nothing special. You need your business, your team and the time to do the work between sessions. We coach and provide the workbooks and templates.
What is the difference between the Monday session and the weekly sessions?
Monday, January 4 at 1:00 p.m. Pacific is the setup and orientation session: access, resources, homework rhythm and your questions. The twelve weekly live sessions then run Tuesdays from January 5, time confirmed at your setup session.
Can I send more than one person on one seat?
No. One person per seat. If you want your whole team in the room, ask Brenden about Leadership Team Training, which is built for exactly that.
Does this guarantee a specific result?
No. We promise a working leadership system and the coaching to adopt it. Results vary with how much of it you implement.
How do the two payments work?
CA$625 at checkout and CA$625 thirty days later, CA$1,250 in total, taxes included. It is the same price as paying in full.
What exactly is the refund policy?
