Glenn Purdy is a certified business coach with over 35 years of experience in business ownership, training, coaching, and consulting. Throughout his career, Glenn has had the privilege of training and mentoring hundreds of thousands of individuals, including business owners, entrepreneurs, sales teams, and professionals from diverse backgrounds. He is the creator of Dovetail Circle, a strategic model for integrating marketing and sales systems that has generated hundreds of millions in revenue for clients. Glenn’s expertise has also led to significant reductions in marketing costs while increasing profitability for numerous businesses.

Jason D’Souza is a results-driven leader with over a decade of experience in direct sales across various industries. Before joining Avid ActionCOACH, Jason owned a marketing agency specializing in the fitness industry, where he developed a deep understanding of business growth and client success. His extensive background in sales, high-ticket sales, and management training, combined with his hands-on coaching experience, enables him to bring valuable insights and strategies to the businesses he works with.

Since joining Avid ActionCOACH in 2021, Jason has taken on the role of General Manager, where he oversees team coordination, coaching, and the success of the firm’s Business Growth Community. With a passion for achieving tangible results, Jason is dedicated to helping businesses thrive, ensuring that their growth is sustainable and impactful. Dave Robinson brings a unique and hands-on approach, drawing on a diverse background that spans entrepreneurship, sales, management, and education. His entrepreneurial journey began at 14 when he started his own lawn-mowing business. Over the years, Dave has held various roles, from revitalizing bread delivery routes to becoming the Regional Sales Manager for Weston Bakeries, where he won numerous awards for his achievements. His approach is hands-on and focused on understanding each business he works with by asking the right questions and getting involved in the day-to-day. Dave believes in empowering others by showing them the ropes, allowing them to take the lead, and guiding them through challenges.

In addition to his professional accomplishments, Dave has traveled to over 35 countries and is passionate about board games, escape rooms, and volleyball. With a degree in Math and Kinesiology from Simon Fraser University and a Health and Fitness Certificate, he combines his love for problem-solving with a focus on personal and professional development. His active involvement in industries ranging from insurance to teaching abroad showcases his adaptability and commitment to growth.
